Premier Suites
The Olive Exclusive's four Premier Suites have front-row position overlooking the olive grove and valley beyond, and tall glass windows make the most of the views. Doors lead to a large deck with a plunge pool, sunloungers and additional seating.
The bedroom is furnished with a super-king-size bed or twin beds, bedside tables, vanity table and plenty of cupboard space. Tucked away you'll find winter and summer bathrobes, slippers, blankets, down and hypo-allergic pillows, a digital safe and a hairdryer. The lounge and dining area is equally well-appointed with comfy seating, coffee table, reading material, desk, laptop, complimentary Wi-Fi and fixed-line internet, telephone, gas fireplace, well-stocked minibar, Nespresso coffee machine, dining table and chairs. Wall-mounted satellite TVs and air conditioners are located in the bedroom and lounge areas.
The en-suite bathroom separates into a large walk-in shower plus a toilet. Double basins are mounted on marble bench-tops with an overhanging mirror. A deep free-standing bath is positioned to enjoy the outside views, and an eco-friendly range of body products, fluffy towels, candles and under-floor heating complete the amenities.
Each suite at Olive Exclusive is individually themed around a region of Namibia: Caprivi, Etosha, Erongo and Kunene. Descriptive photographs and natural elements unique to each area are matched with complementary linen, furniture and fittings. Well-placed and easily adjustable lighting adds to the relaxing ambience.

Booking Terms
Dinner, bed and breakfast rate includes accommodation with breakfast, and a 4-course dinner (ala Carte Menu) with complimentary house wine and bottled water.
Reservations - all reservations must be confirmed in writing, and by payment of a 50% deposit.
Cancellations - a percentage of the quoted room rate will be charged for rooms that are cancelled within 4 weeks of the date of the reservation, as follows:
Within 4 weeks – 25%
Within 2 weeks – 75%
Within 3 weeks – 50%
Within 1 week – 100%
A 10% handling fee, based on the deposit amount paid, will be deducted from any bookings cancelled prior to four weeks before the date of travel
Children’s accommodation rates (Applicable only when sharing with 2 full paying adults)
Children 12 years & under - 50% of Adult rate
Children 6 years & under - No charge
